Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
UK Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £4.99 or FREE on orders over £30.00
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £6.99
International Shipping:
- Europe (5-10 business days): £23.99
- Rest of World (10-20 business days): £

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the delivery depot, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Delivery Issues
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If you're not available, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
